I specialize in developing successful membership programs, beginning with comprehensive community outreach and surveying to pinpoint the needs of loyal customers. By gathering feedback directly from the community and conducting thorough beta testing, I ensure the execution of a well-rounded membership program. This process not only fosters sustainability but also enhances brand loyalty and customer satisfaction. My methodical approach guarantees that each program is tailored to meet the specific desires and expectations of the target audience, ensuring a robust foundation for long-term success and mutual benefit.
At Elsewhere Brooklyn, I conceived and launched the venue’s first-ever ambassador program in 2022. Elsewhere’s public mission: Build a movement for a more progressive and uplifting culture by spreading the joy of radical music, for all and forever. Inspired by the company’s mission, I saw the opportunity to create a program that could further foster a movement that was truly “for all.” Ambassadors would represent Elsewhere authentically to their own networks, with the goal to bring a more diverse and engaged audience to the venue.
How did I make this happen?
I put out the call for ambassadors on social channels — from the hundreds of applications, I handpicked 15 ambassadors to pilot a beta test of the program. The ambassadors were a highly eclectic group: from ethnicity and sexual / gender identity, from young to mature, from students to small business owners, from metal heads to hip-hop aficionados. In exchange for premium event access and other perks, the ambassadors had the opportunity to host live events, promote Elsewhere merchandise, and be featured in marketing materials. The program was instrumental in driving engagement and creating UGC on Elsewhere’s social channels, as well as attendance numbers at the venue’s live events. The pilot proved incredibly successful: social activities such as commenting, sharing, and reposting more than tripled. By the time I left Elsewhere, I’d grown the program to 50+ ambassadors.
