A bit about me

Originally from Pennsylvania, I have called Brooklyn my home for 18 years (13 years with my cat, Pepper). My entire career has been people-centric. I love connecting people with positive experiences! I spent over 15 years working in luxury hospitality at such iconic New York venues as Home & Guesthouse, Stereo,1Oak, SL of EMM Group, and Marquee. I also served as a brand rep for various companies: Make Up For Ever, Colgate, Target, Fast Company, SoulCycle, and Redken. My roles always focused on delivering high-touch service—where I cultivated a loyal base of repeat patrons by making every guest feel welcomed and cared for. As I grew in my career, I took the natural next step to extend my people skills from service to community management.

Today, I excel at nurturing vibrant communities and customer loyalty across sectors—managing social media comms, solving customer problems, and crafting membership programs that really resonate with people. I strongly believe that building trust and authentic connections with people is the best way to build a devoted customer base. I’ve got the magic touch for whipping up standout community projects that transform customers into brand enthusiasts. I happily work with customers, so that customers will happily work for the brand.

Besides my work as a community manager, I love serving people in other ways through my side-hustles. I’m a self-trained chef who shares recipes on my own social channels (check out some of my dishes) and regularly organizes dinner parties both for fun and profit. I’m also a certified birth & postpartum doula, who specializes in supporting new parents with meal plans and prep, as well as health and wellness resources for recovery.
